Refund Policy
At Aura & Co. Interior Design, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality design services. Due to the time, planning, and customization involved in each project, the following refund policy applies:
Deposits & Payments
All initial deposits and payments made to secure services are non-refundable. These payments reserve your project in our schedule and cover time spent on planning, communication, and design development.
Design Services
Interior design services—including space planning, concept development, mood boards, and floor plans—are non-refundable once work has begun. Because these services are customized and tailored to each client, they cannot be returned or resold.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs before work has begun, any payments made may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.
Revisions & Satisfaction
We strive to ensure client satisfaction and typically include a set number of revisions within each service. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once design concepts have been delivered.
Furniture & Product Purchases (If Applicable)
If your service includes furniture or product selections:

All purchases made through third-party vendors are subject to the vendor’s return and refund policies.

Aura & Co. Interior Design is not responsible for returns, damages, delays, or defects once items are ordered.
Digital Deliverables
All digital design materials (including floor plans, boards, and documents) are non-refundable once delivered.
Legal Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Washington. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Washington State law.
